My name is Linda, I am the founder of this community. I have been practicing mindfulness for over 25 years and have been teaching for over 10. Mindfulness is a way of being, which affords numerous benefits that I have experienced, despite some truly challenging moments in my life. Conscious attention to one’s breath is paramount, as are the correct attitudes. I have uploaded some guided meditations, my 'spin' on mindfulness, called RELAx, books and YouTube videos that I have found inspirational along my path, thus far.
This space is evolving and I hope to offer live question and answers sessions, guests and hopefully some in person gatherings. Thank you for visiting. I hope that the time you spend here brings you a sense of peace and community.
